This chief is both furious and sad at the fact that the black community ignores the armed thugs committing crimes in his city but know all about it when cops kill someone. He gets furious at idiotic reporter who asks him why he was on his phone because he was getting news about a shooting where a young black man was  killed. He gives the stats too. 80 % of all homicides are comitted by blacks, 80 % of blacks wounded by shootings are shot by blacks. He's heartsick AND furious !
