    Projection : Scots rejecting secession.

    Just got a message on my phone that says with 26 of 32 councils reporting, multiple news outlets are projecting that Scotland voted NO on a referendum for independence from the UK.

    Margin 54- 46 NO, but large Scottish cities voted overwhelmingly yes.
