Car hating legislature passes pay by mile bill anti driver law.
I said that this was going to happen IN California eventually when I was the mod on SF Redbook & the Lefties there said I was nuts when I said it WILL happen here as the Left hates oil companies and the private automobile and wants everybody to take buses & ride bicycles.
I was right as they now pass a bill to " authorize " a "pilot " program.
Anytime the government of California passes this kind of law its inevitable that it will happen.
Penalizing you for driving your car. Ecofreaks win again.
These use taxes are already in effect in London, Oregon & elsewhere in Europe.
