Earthquake ruptures through US suburb.
By accident, I found this blog where a UC Davis phd candidate published a long article about the South Napa Quake with lots of pictures.
He also has other articles on quakes including one that happened during a live symphony performance in LA.
Gives very detailed information on just WHERE the epicenter was & why scientists hadn't studied it & a lot came down to a lack of funding.
