From 2011. Man faced 75 years in prison for filming cops.
Then the Supremes said NO and the people prevailed against the police state for now.
The cops still engage in intimidation tactics to try to keep people from filming.
States are having fiscal problems all over I wonder how much of the Illinois taxpayer money was wasted fighting this case when the anti First Amendment law SHOULD have been abolished by the legislature in the first place ?
Judge rules law is unconstitutional. State appeals decision.
