You have a short wave radio picking up a radio broadcast.
Short wave radio can be picked up all over the world.
Don't need any SECRET radio repeater to do this.
I used to pick up AM radio from New Orleans at night when I lived in Washington, D.C. as a child all the time.

broadcast was not at a time or band that made any since and me and a friend are trying to trace where its comeing from... Someone is rebroadcasting it from the next town over from us... we drove to watervill and the singal got louder but the show got over before we found where in watervill it is comeing from...
