Power out at Port of Oakland. Major damage Napa airport. Vids.
30 water main breaks in Napa. Caused trouble with putting out fires. 2 emergency response trallers coming from SoCal and Scott's Valley. Couthouseounty administartion building knocked out.
Car port collapsed destroying several cars. NAPA & county declared emergecy at 8 am. NAPA is asking Moonbeam for help. Says local emergency response units are all being used, needs more help.
