    O'buma's state dept. throws ice water on ALS ice bucket challenge.

    They say singling out ALS shows favoritism. What a crock. And a reason to do a video on it as well later today.

    They ban all challenges by diplomats. Would have been nice to see a diplomat in a tuxedo bombed with a bucket of ice. Grouches at state led by their wussy boss who wouldn't take the challenge either.
