Black copters over the twin cities.
I saw two of these with NO markings fly directly over me in dowtown San Francisco in 1996.
Given that the Iraqi ambassador just said ISIS is coming here, they may be getting ready.
Of course, our President is on the ready to defend us with a putter in his hand as an American is beheaded by terrorists.
You know ISIS, them junior varsity terrorists.
Looking to control the internet, one video at a time.

I am not sure why there is a need to fly the helicopters low in big cities like that.... Must be planning or preparing for something..
