Locally in Berkeley they convicted a woman who had a 100 in her house.
I feed 8 but at least mine are all spayed or neutered. Only 3 live with me, one part time as she comes in to sleep with her littermates.
People like this need medical help long before it gets to this. We can't find enough homes for animals as it is without breeding more. And all too frequently many of these animals are sick, are found dead or dying by these insane people.
Looking to control the internet, one video at a time.
