Jesse Ventura ? HIs show never answered anything. And Bill has years of experience in the UFO field. He publishes UFO Magazine ( soon to change to a new one ) and knows a lot about UFOs.
The problem with all these shows is that so much of it is supposition. However, the recent discovery of 800,000 year old footprints in England may give some credence to the contention by the people on Ancient Aliens about ancient civilizations. Man was probably here a lot longer than science thinks we were.
Its hard to come up with conclusions when all the hard evidence has been gathered by the agents of the US and other governments. There are many cases where teams went out, cordoned off areas and systematically removed everything while intimidating witnesses and engaging in a 72 year history of denial, continually changed " explanations " for events such as Roswell.
Our, the British and other governments know something is happening. But without hard evidence all one can do is tell of reports and analyze what data that one can.
Perhaps ufologists need a large team of their own to recover crashed UFOs when they happen.
Bill Birnes and his wife are good people by the way, so be kind to him. He does know where the bodies are buried, so to speak and does know what goes behind the scenes as many ufologists do. There are things that they can't reveal because they've been asked to keep things confidential or off the record. Look at the things Keyhoe used to talk about in his books. He knew stuff that was happening behind the scenes too.
 

My problem with a lot of these shows ( and I spend a lot of time watching them ) is that 90 % of it is conjecture. There's little hard evidence except when there are clear marks where a UFO has landed. And too many of these " investigators " just sit around and engage in conjecture.

What we also really need is an all paranormal channel where paranormal investigators could control the content and funding could be set aside to have teams across the country to go out WHILE events are really happening and not 6 months or years later.  We'd have engineers, scientists, aviators, metallurgists, security people ready to go during an event and maybe they could even beat the government to the site of a CE4 and WE could capture occupants, a saucer, a bigfoot, a chupacabra or whatever and NOT the government and disclose all to the world LIVE on the network.

I'd also like to see US form a university designed to train people and give them degrees in the paranormal while also getting real scientific training at the same time.

I didn't like Conspiracy Theory because they never came close to solving anything.
Yes, there is some evidence that conspiracies exist out there about so many things but until we get smoking guns and hard proof, its still guesswork.

We also need to have a lobbying PAC of our own that would seek funding from members ( like the PPA, poker players of america as an example ) that could lobby state and federal legislators to be more friendly to our issues and also to work towards disclosure and pass new laws allowing retired Federal workers, agents and the like to tell what they know about retrievals and the like.
