Woman beaten by LAPD for using cell phone.
The current LAPD chief has been criticized for not cracking down on racist and sexist comments by a Lt. and ignoring outrageous behavior by the police. Jerk cops do fist bump afterwards. These cops need to be fired and charged with brutality. There was no need for this.
