Bull. I've seen chemtrails and got sick from it in 1996.
There's lots of evidence for chemtrails. This guy brings up all kinds of other off topic issues and uses typical debunker tactics. Then he denies HAARP is doing anything as well. Where did JV find this guy and why doesn't Jesse know about the bacground of all this ?
Even a chemtrail pilot has talked about it.
The elite probably have been given an antiodote for this.
Chemtrail residue has been tested and has barium, aluminum, etc. at near toxic levels.
