LAST WEEK A NUTCASE TIED UP THE RICHMOND-SAN RAFAEL BRIDGE BY JUMPING FROM THE UPPER DECK TO THE LOWER DECK & THE COPS STOPPED ALL TRAFFIC TO AND FROM THE BRIDGE FOR HOURS.
NOW TONIGHT THIS WOMAN STARTS YELLING AT OTHER DRIVERS, STARTS SHOOTING AT CARS, THEN GETS OUT, GETS NAKED WHILE HOLDING A KNIFE.
THE CRAZIES ARE COMING OUT OF THE STEEL
WORK, I THINK.
THEY SEEM TO BE EVERYWHERE HERE.
