I HAVE BEEN DEALING WITH THE EFFECTS OF A FALL LAST NOVEMBER WHERE I RE-FRACTURED BOTH OF MY KNEECAPS AND BROKE MY NOSE.
IT TOOK A MONTH FOR ME TO WALK AGAIN & HAS LEFT ME WITH VERY BAD PAIN EVERY DAY SINCE.
THEN I WAS WORKING ON FINALLY GETTING MY RIGHT KNEE REPLACEMENT DONE AFTER WAITING 18 YEARS BECAUSE MY HEALTH PROVIDER SAID IT WAS NOT MEDICALLY NECESSARY AND THEN A WEIRD TUBULAR RUBBERY THING APPEARED ON THE TOE NEXT TO MY BIG LEFT TOE. IT EXPLODED AND MY TOE GOT INFECTED SO NPW I HAVE TO GO TO A FOOT DOCTOR NEXT WEEK AND I WILL NOT GET MY KNEE SURGERY UNTIL THE TOE IS HEALED & THE INFECTION IS NO MORE. I WAS 4 DAYS AWAY FROM MY SURGERY WHEN MY SURGEON SAID HE WOULD NOT OPERATE IF I HAVE AN ACTIVE INFECTION. BOTH KATHY & I THINK HE DOES NOT WANT TO DO THE SURGERY AT ALL FOR REASONS I WON'T GO INTO BUT THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO FOR NOW.
IN DECEMBER I STARTED MY 14TH YEAR ON YOUTUBE.!

THIS HAS ABSOLUTELY *** NOTHING *** TO DO WITH RACE.
THE DESCRIPTION WAS WHO THIS CRAZY PERSON WAS AND WHAT HE DID.
The black man dressed in red & white had been sitting on the floor, screaming the S and F words, kept yelling NO, had no mask on and then got up and started harassing people sitting down.
A BART employee was on the train and used his portable radio to call the cops.
I had been debating whether I should film this guy because I had a feeling he was going to do something to someone when he went up to the white male with the black jacket on and slapped him in the face !
The white guy pulled out his mace or pepper spray and warned the black guy not to do it again.
More specifically, he told him to not "F " with him.
You can see the victim holding the canister in his hand and he is in a defensive posture.
You can hear the black guy talking to me as he notices he was being filmed.
I decided to film him in case things escalated.
He had been on the train when I got on at Montgomery Street & when he got off at Mac Arthur ( he knew he was in for it and left quickly ), a black BART policeman was already waiting for him at the platform and escorted him downstairs.
I tried to inform a station agent about it when I got off at Walnut Creek but there was no one in the booth.
