Weather in 5 Overnight Snow Moves Away, Another Chance For Snow Late Tuesday
We had a weak weather system move through overnight that produced some snow Showers. A second system will be headed east and northeast on Tuesday producing snow from Southwest Virginia to Southern New England though the system looks to be on the weak side. A coating to an inch or 2 is possible from this system.

Winter Weather Advisories are up for Southern New Jersey and Southeastern Pennsylvania. Wind Advisories Wednesday from New Jersey to Southern New England. We are watching snow and rain from a devleoping low near the Delaware/New Jersey coast. A quick shot of cold air could trigger snow showers and snow squalls Wednesday. A big warm up starts in the East Friday. Severe weather threat Gulf States late week into the weekend.

Weather In 5 Wind Advisories Scattered Snow Squalls & The Big Warm Up
Wind Advisory is posted from Northern Virginia to Southern New England long with a good chance for snow squalls today as yesterdays storm strengthens offshore. Strong winds to 50 mph develop this afternoon and evening. A quick shot of cold air before a big warm up ensues late week and this weekend. Storm system brings a threat for snow and ice for parts of the Midwest and Northern New England with severe weather Friday and Saturday across the Gulf States and the Southeast US

A storm will be heading toward the Great Lakes Friday and Saturday producing a major snow and ice event in the states surrounding the Great Lakes. It will also trigger an unusual severe weather issue across the Gulf States and bring record or near record warm temperatures to parts of the Northern Mid-Atlantic & Northeast US this weekend.

Weather in 5 An Early Look At The Chance for Snow/Ice/Rain for Saturday
The atmosphere is beginning the process of a pattern shift as tempertatures are still above average but 20 degrees or more colder than yesterday. Not much will be happening until Thursday when cold air returns as high pressure builds down from Canada. Then a storm will be moving east across the Ohio Valley setting us up for some accumulating snow on Saturday for the Northern Mid Atlantic to New England.
