Most outdoor cat shelter people online say use straw but I have no idea where I would get it.
They will have a warming pad and a small blanket to curl up in and I will elevate it above the balcony floor so no rain will come in.
Usually no one messes with stuff in front of my door and I will ask Home Depot how I can put a bolt into the wood and chain the house to the table legs as well.
