JC. WI5. Coastal Storm Moves Northeast, Weather Improves.
Our coastal storm continues to move northeast and has been underwhelming in what it has or hasn't produced across the Northeast. It will continue to be underwhelming until it exits on Tuesday and weather conditions begin to improve.
