A storm off the North Carolina Coast and a strong high over the Eastern Great Lakes are creating a strong pressure gradient from Southern New England to Georgia with gales and the potential for coastal flooding. Rains is confined to the Coastal Carolinas and offshore through Sunday. Cold weekend Northeast and Middle Atlantic States.
