    The Dow closed at a record high and the S&P 500 snapped a 3-day winning streak. Nancy Tengler from Tengler Wealth Management, Ian Winer from Drexel Hamilton and Andrew Slimmon, managing director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management, joined CNBC's "Closing Bell" to discuss the market after the bell.
