Anti gun & anti 2nd Amendment California legislators fear Trump appointed judges.
Like in the case of illegal aliens, they choose to ignore the Constitutional protections afforded all Americans and ignore the Constitution of California as well.
ARTICLE 1 DECLARATION OF RIGHTS. SECTION 1. All people are by nature free and independent and have inalienable rights. Among these are enjoying and defending life and liberty, acquiring, possessing, and protecting property, and pursuing and obtaining safety, happiness, and privacy.
ARTICLE III STATE OF CALIFORNIA [SEC. 1 - SEC. 9] ( Article 3 added Nov. 7, 1972, by Prop. 6. Res.Ch. 120, 1972. ) SEC. 1. The State of California is an inseparable part of the United States of America, and the United States Constitution is the supreme law of the land.(Sec. 1 added Nov. 7, 1972, by Prop. 6. Res.Ch. 120, 1972.)
SEC. 3.5. An administrative agency, including an administrative agency created by the Constitution or an initiative statute, has no powera) To declare a statute unenforceable, or refuse to enforce a statute, on the basis of it being unconstitutional unless an appellate court has made a determination that such statute is unconstitutional;(b) To declare a statute unconstitutional;(c) To declare a statute unenforceable, or to refuse to enforce a statute on the basis that federal law or federal regulations prohibit the enforcement of such statute unless an appellate court has made a determination that the enforcement of such statute is prohibited by federal law or federal regulations.(Sec. 3.5 added June 6, 1978, by Prop. 5. Res.Ch. 48, 1977.)
