Tropical Storm Olga has formed from the Tropical Depression in the Western Gulf of Mexico. It doesn't change the outlook as heavy rains for the Gulf Coast into the Tennessee and Ohio Valley will be an issue tonight & Saturday. Tropical Storm Pablo forms near the Azores. Heavy rains will spread to the Ohio Valley and lower Great Lakes Saturday and to the Northeast on Sunday. Active long range continues.
