After a cold start this morning with temperatures below freezing, we are going to see lots of sunshine through much of the Northeast and Middle Atlantic states with highs in the 60s. Tropical Storm Nestor is coming ashore on the Florida Panhandle as it loses tropical characteristics and becomes a non tropical low moving through the Carolinas today and tonight with rain. We look ahead to Sunday and whether rain reaches into the Northeast.
