    Salt: Why It Is Essential and How to Store It Right




    Because of my high blood pressure I try to use as little salt as possible but I put a lot of lemon pepper salt on my salads, and use salt to cook chicken soup and other things.
    Food tastes bland without it.
    There is way too much sodium in processed and canned foods, particularly frozen dinners.

    Looking to control the internet, one video at a time.
    In a nice way, of course.
