    California officials call for state of emergency homeless




    It won't do any good until we stop looking at the homeless as victims.
    Get them off the streets and get treated and those that refuse can be put in camps.
    And tell the liberal judges here to mind their own business.
    They have kept cities from dealing with these people.

    Looking to control the internet, one video at a time.
