I'm not the only one who wonders about this. The people who wrote the above articles can't explain it either. Pictures in the stories above.
I've only seen 1 guy actually toss a pair of shoes on a line.
Maybe there are shoemen in black who go around the world and toss shoes in the dead of night.
I commented on one of my videos about seeing shoes all over the place being tossed up onto power and phone lines near where I live and that I see this happen all over.
One guy on You Tube commented that its an indicator to druggies that drugs can be bought easily in the area, yet in this case it was in front of the public defender's office with the da's office within site as well as the county jail a block away, so that didn't make much sense.
Then I got another comment on my channel that says its an indicator that someone has died.
So now I don't know what to think.
I still don't get why someone would toss good tennis shoes upthere unless they're ones that are too old to be worn.
What do YOU think ?

I always thought it was because someone stole another kids shoes and tossed them up there. Or that someone was retiring an old pair of shoes that they liked. I have never seen anyone do it but there are plenty around...

Went out today to take a walk and there was a pair on the wires in front of my building.
They're getting closer.
