    More O'buma FAIL. $ 2.3 MIL GREEN windmill broken !

    O'buma touted this windmill on the grounds of a VA hospital as a green energy project. Cost millions to build while our veterans strugglet to get health care. Windmill cost  $ 2.3 million, hasn't worked for years !
