I am re-posting the Coast videos as I can my back pain permitting.
I went to the UFO Con last Sat-Sun and when I got back a 6 inch swath of my lower back = up to down and left to right from my spine to my hip was so swollen from walking that when I got on the bus and then light rail and back to Amtrak, every inch of my body hurt. I got home and after spending 10 minutes trying to find my keys in the pockets of my backpack, I took off my clothes and by that point I was screaming from the pain. I tried to sit on the toilet just to sit and about 1/2 way down the pain was so bad I almost passed out.
So then I went in the shower and the force of the hot water made me scream again.
I spent the next 4 days with a heating pad on my back.
I took a few shots of the convention, which should have had hundreds showing up and the place was practically empty. NOT like it was at the old UFO cons years ago.
Kathy showed up Thursday night and I told her never to subject me to such pain ever again.
Today is our 38th anniversary of our first date and meeting and we LOVE Halloween !

Kathy is going to stay until Thursday to help me clean. I could not walk for 4 days.
We went out last night and upon our return, I took stuff upstairs and was screaming from back pain. I didn't even put the heating pad on my back. Just crawled into bed and passed out waking up 6 hours later. I don't know how long its going to hurt though it is feeling less painful from time to time.

New videos tonight and my football picks. We may be going to Great America tonight, back permitting.

I got some new Halloween stuff, a new dual cordless phone so I can use the phone in the living room and a 7 port USB hub for my Imac.
