I spent an hour once talking to him about being Jewish at KGO TV in San Francisco while he was waiting to be interviewed on one of his books. Had a lovely time with him. And it was on a Friday too.

Will post story later but I am certain most know of his life. I do know of late he had to use a breathing device for severe emphysema.
My late Father had the same problem and had been a heavy smoker for years before his death.
