Animals are aware of weather and earthquakes. My cats get scared and hide all day before a huge storm. When ever they do this we get hail, strong winds, and lots of lightning. The cat I have now also freaks out before an earthquake. She runs up trees or goes running meowing. This does not happen on a normal day. I am not sure what kind of evidence he needs but maybe he will if he has some pets.

Your new kitty is a sweetie and you should post some pictures of her, particularly the one where she's lyinig on the Mayan artifact. You could even do videos of her and have them called " Mayan Cat ".
