JC. Major Storm Heads to Great Lakes Colder Air Follows.
The puzzle pieces have come together for a rare late October severe weather outbreak for the MIddle Atlantic states into parts of the Northeast as a developing storm heads to the Great Lakes. This will make for a stormy Halloween night. Colder air spreads in behind this storm for the weekend as the active weather pattern relaxes.
