    EAST BAY BUSINESSES HIT HARD BY POWER SHUTDOWN.

    P G & E  AND insurance companies now say individuals and businesses will NOT be reimbursed for business or food losses due to the shutdown.
    Ratty thought they would pay her if her food spoiled.
    Kathy told me Ratty's power was off for an hour and then went back on.
